President Asif Ali Zardari has awarded "Aizaz-i-Fazeelat" to Zafarullah Khan Buttar, Principal, Federal Government College of Commerce, Sector H- 8/4, Islamabad. As per the notification, Federal Minister for Education would confer the award on Zafarullah Khan on behalf of the President at a ceremony soon.
